• I joined a twitter space last night about the match funding, it sounds like it'll be a couple of weeks for it to come in, so I suggest that we use that as the target for discussing and deciding on the use of funds
• Please submit any ideas to here, having too many ideas is a good thing, as there will be further gitcoin rounds coming up and we can then prioritise and put things in the hopper to unlock with future grants

I will not be able to attend today but my async update is that I will be spending today debugging why neume server is currently in an unhealthy state with the goal of having it running by EOD.

I might also transition the server over to the new Apps v2 framework that fly.io moved over to quite some time ago.
