Strict versioning of modules

Currently, the modules version specification is restricted to major versions only.
I would like to specify more strictly down to the patch version.
Is there a reason you currently limit it to major versions only?
If not, I can submit a PR.

The restriction has been lifted in v2 of the inlang/sdk! :)

• wait for all apps that you use to be updated to the inlang SDK v2 before specifying a patch version
• atm, Paraglide JS, Sherlock, and Parrot are being updated to v2. Fink will follow later.
• updating v1 of the SDK involves too much overhead with re-deployment (the CI pipeline for v1 is manual)
