Add labels to containers for per container transparent proxying

It's great to see transparent proxying in orbstack. I've been wanting this capability forever. A great enhancement would be to add a capability for a dev.orbstack label to drive the transparent proxy on individual containers.

I found that redirect port and it works great. But the transparent proxy is all or nothing.

orb config set network_proxy http://example.com

Sorry, no plans for that. Please set HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY in each individual container if you'd like to use different proxies.

It's possible that we'll add PAC support at some point, which might make this possible depending on your needs.
