It would be great if OrbStack could support GPU acceleration for machines and containers.
Now that podman added support for GPU acceleration on Apple Silicon through libkrun with virtio-gpu (venus), it would be a good time to consider it for OrbStack.
Allegedly, Docker also plans to use libkrun in the future.
I think libkrun would be a solid, well-maintained, future-proof VMM base for OrbStack.
Do you think it would be feasible to port your hypervisor/VMM sauce on top of libkrun-efi/krunkit to benefit from this and potentially future work there?
