Nuclei templet .yaml location

Hi I have 3 simple questions about locate unsigned .yaml templet

1.if I create folder like 2026 here ~/nuclei-templates/http/cves$ and put into unsigned templet.yaml Nuclei will be see and use it during scan .?

2. Why after fresh instalation is 1 [WRN] Loading 1 unsigned templates for scan. Use with caution.

3.Why nuclei sometimes show my this after fresh installation.

"[WRN] Found 1 templates with runtime error (use -validate flag for further examination) "
