Core 3.2.1 and SXL TLC 1.2 Releases
The working group have prepared the 3.2.1 release.
There has been a bit of input, which will be incorporated.
The JSON schema has been updated and incorporated in the rsmp gem and the validator.
A few tests needs to be updated and added in the RSMP validator, This will be done after the release.
The RSMP simulator is prepared for the new releases.
The board approves the releases.
