We had some discussions about TLC programming on a Technical Board meeting, see #81.

We now have a repo at https://github.com/rsmp-nordic/tlc_progamming.

Format

YAML is very readable, and also machine readable. We already use it for our SXL sources. We can always change it.

One or more files?

Multiple progams

It must be possible to switch between different programs.
How are these programs organized, transferrred and updated? Git is an efficient way to work with branche, updates, etc.
But programs might need to change according to date, time, etc.
