Halo Release v0.5.11 is now available

The latest Halo Release v0.5.11 is now ready and available as of Oct 29th, 2024
Highlights
This remediation unblocks Origin:

• Allow zero reach in relative frequency variance computation . Reports were failing when there was 0 results for campaigns. This has been now resolved.
• Prevent Get Report failure
• The Halo Release process is faster now with the introduction of BuildBuddy tool

The Halo team was on the call with the Origin team for 5 hours during the upgrade process to 0.5.8 and was able to triage the bugs immediately within 24 hours and released v0.5.11 to unblock Origin.
