Administrator created identites, mandatory email verification and user onboarding using Ory

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing Ory Kratos (and Hydra) in self-hosted mode as the authentication service for our new application.

One of our main needs is to allow company administrators to invite users, and require these users to fill in their profile information as well as an authentication method (password, SSO) in an onboarding process.
Login to these accounts should not be possible until these steps have been completed.

We've done a few tests, notably following the official documentation on user invitation and e-mail address verification, but we're beginning to wonder whether Ory Kratos can meet this use case with just interface and webhook customization?
