Make using OSM in my app/website/platform/etc more prominent

Since this is geared at organizations, one of the primary questions is on how to make use of OSM in a given tool/app/website etc. Perhaps we could surface that more prominently in the "Working with OpenStreetMap Data" tile or even create a separate tile for this.

@TylerRadford is there existing content you think should be more prominent? Or is there a need for new content? Is there something existing we could point to and summarize in the welcome mat?
