Option to use public iD editor

As it says in the title, provide an option to use vanilla (public) iD editor. The range of imagery options available in the PD environment is quite limited (mostly USGS, it seems). The much richer set of imagery options available in the regular, public-facing editor is almost essential to make it useful for students & educators.
