For the reason described here authgear/authgear-server@4c850b8

Disable stylelint rule length-zero-no-unit

This rule forces you to remove the unit from css variables, but in some cases the unit is required, for example using a css variable inside calc. And there should be no actual negative effects even we include a unit for zeros. So this should not be enforced.
