Unhelpful dashboard layout for returning mentors

Summary: the dashboard for mentors shows past interns (from previous Outreachy rounds) at the top. This information is rarely useful and is in the way: one must scroll down to reach the current round.

Proposed solution: do not display information from previous rounds on the dashboard, but keep that for another page (named "Archive", "Past rounds"…)

Details:
I am mentoring in Outreachy for the third time now. A few days ago I got an email asking me to submit feedback for my intern.
The link to do so is advertised as "https://www.outreachy.org/dashboard/#feedback".

When I visit this link, there are a couple of problems:

• the deep linking does not work, because there are multiple elements with the feedback id
• I need to scroll down pretty far to reach the button that I am actually interested in, because the top is cluttered with information about previous rounds that I do not care about anymore (see screenshot)

Removing the previous rounds would solve both issues, since the duplicate feedback id comes from a previous round.
