Need some advices

Hi
I am an experimented developer but a beginner in the IP VOICE field.
I would like to start a new project, however i have some questions and i need to be adviced.

I'd like to develop a system (web or other) that allows user to call a special number (My OVH line) using their traditionnal phones
once the call start, the user has to input a DTMF code (user's pin code for example) and then finish the call

The main problem for me, is how can i get the incoming call and the associated DTMF input DTMF
Is there any ovh API that allows this ?

Otherwise, can anyone suggest another solution ?
