Indexing for sharing directory

Hello,

I have a directory in which I have a lot of files. For the owner user indexation is ok.
Now If I share this directory to users the indexation for users don't work. If I look in lucene_search directory, for the user there is a lot of cfs and sti files but in others users directory there is no cfs/cti files ...

There is a method to share indexation ?
