Cache clearing or incognito tab both aren't solving the issue. He's saying, he does experience this for almost a month now.

I use chrome on mac and havent had an issue. I just tested on oysterstorage.com and successfully uploaded.

@AaronVasquez I recall you saying that it could take hours to upload to the tangle, could this be the issue.

@jfarago The user doesn't get passed the first screen - I thought actual attachment and uploading to the brokers are deattached right now. No chunks are send. In the meantime the user tried to upload, I was able to push my own file of the same size, too, starting one hour after he tried.

I noticed that the system language is not English. We may be using locale based functions when we should be using language agnostic ones. Maybe we can try switching the system language on a test machine to see if that is causing the issue?

@CKH4 User switched his system to english - But that didn't help. No adblock, cleared cache, icognito tab. The user was also able to upload in the past.

@jfarago that issue you are talking about has been fixed by @rfornea implementing round robin.

It looks like the error is coming from the opacity.io interface. @MrRedPandabaer can you ask the user to try the official https://oysterstorage.com/ site instead?

@nullpilot which version of streamable is installed in your interface. There was a recent bug fix we implemented. I'll try to track down which version has the change.

@AaronVasquez The user tried to upload with https://oysterstorage.com/

I only uploaded the screenshots of his, providing the opacity links.

@MrRedPandabaer does the user mind sending us the file he's uploading so we can debug this?
