Describe the bug

When pressed somewhat rapidly while still animating, the Gear Icon, Save Icon, and 'Or Use' Menus do not reset their position, and fly upwards off the top of the screen.
-Refreshing or pressing 'register' resets the screen.

Reproduction

Place your cursor at the point where it would be when the menu teleports downwards. Click at intervals such that you press the button.

Expected behavior

Most Menus in games don't do this.
