Hi,
Thanks for making panichelpdesk available, nice work. I'm an integrator with just moderate coding knowledge. How do we add new custom fields eg. Site Code, Device type, etc to tickets?

Regards,

Hi @mike1573, The only way I know to have it is to have a local fork of the package and make the customizations there. I still don't have enough advanced Laravel knowledge, and also I've not yet covered that functionality explicitly in the package, so for now I can't tell you any better option.

Please send me some feedback if you got a successful attempt with that.
