I am using Webmacs for Duolingo, and the biggest issue is that Emacs shortcuts are not localised.
Ideally, Webmacs would detect is is running under a Greek keyboard, and interpret C-χ β as C-x b (for instance). Even more ideally, there would equivalent mappings for Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese and so on. Granted one could define his own mappings, but this should be a part o localisation anyway.
