How i parsed a simple value assign or something:

I know there is this expression function with lots of cool stuff but i wanted to parse something simpler like this:

path = "simple value"
hellopath2 = 123
// remove the value with >
path >
// copy a value with 
pathcopy < hellopath2

I know this language as 'Fusion' from the CMS Neos but someone might say its Typoscript from Typo3 ;)
