Some folks badly misinterpret 3.2.4 to mean "things need to be consistently styled (visually)"...

at a stretch, things being visually styled inconsistently could cause 1.3.1 Info and Relationships failures IF authors rely on a particular visual styling to distinguish things, but that distinction is conveyed only visually/from style and not in markup or text...
