Users can organize items by creating folders within each library, with drag-and-drop functionality for easy categorization and management.

Possible Additional Enhancements:

Tagging & Filtering: Allow users to tag folders and filter items by tags for quick access.
Nested Folders: Support multi-level folders for more detailed organization.
Bulk Actions: Enable bulk moving, renaming, or deleting of items and folders.
Sharing Capabilities: Folders can be shared with other team members for collaboration.
Visual Indicators: Icons or color-coding to differentiate item types within folders.
Search & Quick Access: Add a search bar and ‘Recently Accessed’ section for fast retrieval.
Version Control: Basic version control for items, with an option to restore previous versions.
