Expected Behavior

I should be able to look through the hutch python logfile and see the progression of a scan

Current Behavior

I don't really have much to work with, I'm assuming we don't configure the bluesky logger in any meaningful way

Possible Solution

Mess with the logger settings

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

run a scan and check the logfile
