PMDA++ currently includes a couple of basic temporary Makefiles for each of the includes examples.

These should be generalised and formalised into a set of recommended patterns for building PMDA++ based PMDAs.

IIRC, there's some PCP utility that generates basic build files for PMDAs... can't remember what it's called / where I saw just now, but will have to track it down.
