pdm sync with --quiet has no effect

Not sure if this is expected as the --quiet option is only documented as Suppress output, but I've tried using it in a GH workflow to avoid flooding output:

The Install BentoML dependencies step of this job is printing the same output as if --quiet wasn't specified:

There is no clear line on whether to display certain outputs under --quiet mode. But I think hiding the progress bars are a good idea, would you like to contribute?
