Create a cyberscore indicator derived from Indicator class.

The description is automatically fulfilled with the KI and their respective weight.
The worst-best are 0 and 1 (0 to 100%).
The value, warning and critical threshold are calculated automatically with the average of all key indicators.
The status is calculated automatically in "incomplete" status if all KI are not completed.
