Fix mis-encoded character and capitalization of authority title

I was looking at http://n2t.net/ark:/99152/p06xc6m because there's a formatting problem in the title (a dash has turned into an escape character), but when I selected it in the authority filter and tried to click on one of the two periods, the screen kept jumping in such a way that I couldn't click. Eventually it stopped jumping and I was able to select a period. Is this map-related? I can try to make a screen capture if it helps. Still Chrome current on a Macbook.

Seems like this authority has some weird characters in it that are causing truncation in the breadcrumb to fail, resulting in a too-wide layout.
