Does not work out of the box for me

Heyo, just set this up and was super excited to hack out a few components on this but it looks like I'm getting an exception at first run.

VM579:1 Uncaught TypeError: ReactHotAPI is not a function

Any ideas here?

@mmmeff The README says this: npm install -g git+https://github.com/petehunt/rwb but you might actually need to do this npm install -g rwb and get the released package version. Tell me if that works.

I initially thought downgrading to the published npm#0.0.19 would clear up the warnings, but I stand corrected. This just may be the result of the version of chrome you're using. Though the warning about ReactHotAPI does go away.
