About the project

swiperproxy

This project was originally made in 2012 as part of ongoing protests in The Netherlands about net neutrality. The project was made to help people bypass ISP's charging higher prices for access to certain websites, or blocks to websites entirely.

It remains on GitHub for posterity, but the project is absolutely dead.
