Embedding crowded with some fixed node

Hi author,
I am not sure if you have any idea about this issue.
If embedding without fixed node, the result seem uniformly distributed.
But when I fixed some node ( in a corner) , the embeddings will be crowded in corners. If reduce the "--walk-length" ， the crowded situation will be alleviated.
