With FF8 drag to reorder tabs is broken #13

Since installing FF8 I'm no longer able to drag and reorder tabs with Vertical Tabs enabled, if I disable Vertical Tabs then dragging to reorder works on the horizontal tabs.

This is fixed now, at least functionally. There still seem to be some graphical quirks here and there.

Broken again on Firefox 17.
