Confirmation that tags are selected in upload form

When I select a tag from the listing, there should be some type of confirmation for the user the tag(s) the selected items can be saved before they leave that page. Not necessarily an overlay confirmation, but maybe a save button or something. It's redundant, but you want to convey confidence to the user the item(s) they have selected really will be added.
