изменить метод запуска pike #6

Сейчас у нас pike запускается через Command::new("cargo")
в pike в lib выставлены ручки для запуска pike
необходимо:

принести в зависимости pike
использовать для запуска и конфигурации ручки от pike
убрать все запуски Command
