Add pager configuration

The goal of this request is Tool Marketing.

I.e. to improve the out-of-the-box reading experience of himalaya with some minuscule qality-of-life modification while overwhelmingly preserving the minimalist design.

This to read a pager variable for prose-type output display is common and there are many precedents in the ecosystem.

export MANPAGER="bat -p -lman" && man himalaya would just be one examle.

Custom pager has often been requested, and I believe it makes sense to implement it. But rather than using an environment variable I would just use the user configuration. I guess this is not sth you want to change often. Thank you for the suggestion!
