DM support bidirection replication

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Some users want to replication data between TiDB and MySQL, use TiDB Binlog to replication data to MySQL, and use DM to replication data to TiDB. And data will be cycled replication between MySQL and TiDB.

Describe the feature you'd like:

Update an internal mark table when executing SQLs, and the binlog will contain this mark table's data. When DM get the binlog with mark table, then skip it to avoid cycle replication.
