Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

I want to replicate binlog from oldest Binlog position in incremental mode，But get a wrong message

"msg":"mysql-instance(0) must set meta for task-mode incremental"

Describe the feature you'd like:

I think DM should allow empty meta in incremental mode
