kafka client is not robust

We are currently using sarama as our Kafka client to send data. However, we have recently encountered issues with out-of-order message delivery.

This critical bug has persisted for at least a year without a resolution. It has caused significant disruption to our operations and development efforts. Given TiCDC's heavy reliance on these open-source components, we urgently need to find a more robust Kafka client to reduce maintenance costs and ensure the continued reliability of TiCDC.
