Should address scientific publication, commercial re-use, attribution, etc.

FYI - here is NOAA data policy related to National Weather Service data/information.
This is probably good general guide re: use of data.
Bottom line: NOAA public data are free and open for use at their own risk.

It would be great if you can continue to track how the information is used.

This will also need to be consistent with the Canadian data use licence.
