Duplicated "Heavy Atmospheric Shielding" on S3, instead of S3 and S4

Observed behaviour

Two different modules are both named "Heavy Atmospheric Shielding" and assigned to S3, while one of them is apparently supposed to be the S4

Expected behaviour

Having one common and one heavy shielding of easy size.

Steps to reproduce

Load into the game, find a station with tech tier high enough, check modules store
