eth-testrpc Version 1.3.3
py-geth Version: 2.0.0
go-ethereum Version: 1.7.3
Python Version: 3.6.4
OS: linux

What was wrong?

block.timestamp in solidity returns wrong time, somewhere between 1400000000 and 1500000000.

There is similar old issue: #25

The workaround is to use testing_timeTravel RPC call before running tests.
