Since StateTests are obsolete, instead, we need to parse GeneralStateTests or BlockchainTests. Since GeneralStateTests are updated more frequently, we should parse GeneralStateTests. Since GeneralStateTests do not contain storage entries, we should parse BlockChainTests.
