[Feature Request] Headings Sub Menu

This FR is about adding a new sub menu that contains the headers of a note.

More specific: when the QE menu is focused in a note (not a folder) when hitting ➜ will open a new QE menu where the items of this menu are the Headers of the focused note.

EXAMPLE: QE Menus with a new Heading Menu

┣━┳━ Folder 1
  ┗━━━┳━━ Folder A
      ┗━━━━━┳━━ Note 1A
            ┗━━━━━━━ Header 1
                     Header 2
                     Header 3
