duplicate entries in activation results from fast and thermal interactions #76

There are multiple paths that lead to a particular daughter product in the activation table, either through a different action, or through a different cross section for the fast and thermal neutron interactions.

The output records the parent and daughter products as well as the reaction, but the table appears to have duplicates because fast and slow interactions are not labelled.

We could merge these or we could mark the reaction with "fast" for fast neutron interactions. An additional column in the table would be ugly.
