Departments would like the ability to have their shifts show up for users at different dates.
For example, DPW normally has their shifts ready well before other departments and need volunteers for WW well before other departments need their shifts to show up or have them even ready in the system.
Request: Have "Show On" date for all shifts. If set, the shift doesn't show up until that date has arrived.
Ideally: Have a default date at the department level for the above. If a shift doesn't have a "Show On" date set, then the department level Show On date would be used.
Any Shift with a Show On date would not be shown until that date as arrived, even if the Department Show On date has already arrived.
