How to get the abundance (coverage) information in the built graph? #87

Hi! I'd like to know the coverage of each unitig in the graph. The graph built by bifrost looks like

S 1 ACTTGATGAGGCAAAGTAACGACACCAGGCCCAAAGACGACAAAGTCGAAGGAATGGTTAGCTTTCGTAAATT

When I use ggcat, it looks like

S 1 GAGTCAGACACGGAGTCAAAAACGCTGAGAGTAAAA LN:i:36 KC:i:4 km:f:2.0

Unfortunately ggcat cannot update graph. Therefore, I'm wondering if it's possible to build/update the graph while retaining the coverage information?
