FEAT: Validate environment

Add environment validation before starting benchmarks:

CPU governor
CPU scaling driver
Hyper-threading
?

Sounds like things done in script from AE, I thing we can use their parts of code.

We may use facter, with some custom facts for stuff which is not covered by default.
