Tour for VSCode on Windows?

Wondering if the output to tour functionality actually works on VSCode for Windows when trying the spfx project upgrade?
My versions are:

• m365-cli version 5.9.0
• VS Code Version 1.73.1
• Node.js 16.14.8
• OS: Win10 (10.0.19044).

I have CodeTour Extension installed and followed all the examples to output a Tour, but have yet to be successful. Also, while I am able to output to text, I'm not able to output to 'md' -- it just outputs to my terminal "Error: 'md' is not a valid output type. Allowed output types are csv, json, text"

Am I missing something?
