docs: replace deprecated create-react-app examples #642

create-react-app is used as an example on this page: https://pnpm.io/cli/dlx (https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm.io/blob/main/docs/cli/dlx.md).
However, this project is deprecated: https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app

It might be beneficial to replace create-react-app with a different example.
