Add school/classes data from 2021

This is umbrella issue for inserting school/classes data obtained from Dept. of Education of the Capital City of Warsaw (14.05).
Please, create more detailed issues

Contains school contact info (website address, phone no). IMO it is better to get contact data directly from excel file coz it could be more up-to-date source.

• list of dormitories
• possibly more
