Add the SWORD of Science output

Getting ahead of myself here! So, feel free to close/delete this if an issue isn't the right mechanism to voice this. I wanted to advocate for the SWORD of Science also being able to query through the hydrocron API-- we would find this incredibly useful for accessing data related to SWOT discharge-- particularly because we would be able to better understand how discharge was constrained, how different algorithms performed, and why or why not discharge was calculated or flagged. Thanks!

I think this is a great place to start this conversation and will help us prioritize work! I also have an interest in integrating the SWORD of Science (SOS) into Hydrocron.
